Ben Galin

Ben Galin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ben currently serves as the VP of Strategy at Genie Health, where they focus on combining value-based care, remote monitoring, virtual health, and physical therapy. Ben is responsible for designing and steering the product and company roadmap towards GTM verticals and working on strategy partnerships.

Prior to this, Ben was the Owner-Administrator at Evolution Rehab Group, where they provided post-acute care alternatives for direct admit from hospitals and SNFs. Ben worked alongside HHA to continue care at home when needed in VBC models and under PDGM tightening of therapy utilization.

Ben also worked as a Go To Market Strategy, Clinical, and Operations Consultant at Zemplee Inc, where they worked with the product team and sales and C Suite on GTM strategy and product fit for successful launch in RPM, senior care, and behavioral determinants of health space.

In addition, Ben has experience as the Vice President of Company and Product Strategy at BlissCONNECT, where they oversaw the design, deployment, and support of a robust web-based SaaS platform. Ben also served as the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Total Health and Rehab Center, where they oversaw rehab services for outpatient orthopedic therapy.

Throughout their career, Ben has also worked as a Post Acute Care Consultant at BMG Healthcare Services, a Project Consultant and Clinical Specialist at Stratis Business Systems, Inc., and as the Co-Founder/Director at C.A.R.E Rehab.

Furthermore, Ben co-founded IT-IS-EZ Home Health, where they served as the Co-Founder-VP of Product, and worked as the Director of Rehabilitation at All For One Home Health Service.

Ben Galin's education history begins with receiving a High School Diploma from Simsbury High School in 1995. Ben then pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science, Pre-PT, Biology from James Madison University, from 1995 to 1999. Following this, Ben attended Nova Southeastern University from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained their Master of Physical Therapy degree. Ben furthered their education and obtained a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Nova Southeastern University between 2005 and 2006. Ben Galin also acquired the Orthopedic Specialty Certification from the APTA in May 2004.
