Roshni Modha

Roshni Modha, FCCA, currently serves as the Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Cashplus Bank, a digital bank aimed at simplifying financial services for UK microbusinesses. Roshni plays a vital role in strategic decision-making as part of the Finance Leadership Team, overseeing the comprehensive forecasting, budgeting, and five-year planning processes. Prior to this, Roshni held the position of Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Close Brothers, managing a £100M annual income budget and a £1bn loan book. At Handelsbanken, Roshni was the Chief Of Staff, enhancing financial planning and OPEX management. A significant portion of Roshni's career was spent at American Express, fulfilling various roles in financial planning, compliance reporting, and cost control, with responsibilities spanning multiple regions and substantial budgets.
