Vishal Kanade

Vishal Kanade has over 13 years of experience in the finance and HR industry. Vishal started their career in 2008 as a Finance Manager at CALSOFT PRIVATE LIMITED. In 2019, they joined Unidel Group as a Finance Manager. In 2021, they joined Zen & Art as a Sr. Director Finance and HR. In this role, they are part of the India Leadership team, ensuring finance and HR cadence. Vishal is responsible for overseeing corporate governance, liaising with corporate advisors, Central Bank authorities and other government institutions, as required. Vishal also designs plans and organizes resources to achieve the key objectives of the organization, exercises judgment regarding risks which are presented to the company, and ensures compliance & efficiency in all Statutory requirements.

Vishal Kanade completed their Bachelor of Commerce in Accounts and Finance from S.P. College Pune in 1994. Vishal then went on to receive an Advance Diploma in Finance from ICFAI. Finally, they obtained their Master of Commerce in Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
