Dawn Razavi

Dawn Razavi has a diverse and extensive work experience in various risk management roles. Dawn is currently the Head of Risk, Compliance, and MLRO at ZEN.COM since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Enterprise Risk Manager at AIB from September 2022 to November 2022. Before joining AIB, they held multiple roles at Ebury, including Senior Risk Manager - Group from October 2021 to March 2022 and Risk Consultant from December 2020 to October 2021. Dawn also worked as an Enterprise Risk Manager at Pay.UK from June 2019 to November 2020, where they focused on developing and embedding an Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Previously, they served as an Assistant Manager in Prudential Regulation at Deloitte from June 2017 to June 2019. Dawn's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Adjudicator at the Financial Ombudsman Service, Senior Consultant/Account Manager at Oliver James Associates, Director - International Key Accounts at Eos Recruitment Ltd, and Principal Consultant/Team Leader at Leap 29. Dawn started their career as a Paralegal at Read Law, handling a case load in the re-mortgage and conveyancing departments.

Dawn Razavi completed their LLB degree in Law with Politics from Keele University between 2004 and 2008.
