Currently serving as VP of Engineering at Zen Educate since November 2024, Martin previously held the position of Head of Engineering at birdie, where efforts focused on enhancing home healthcare technology. Martin's tenure at Intercom involved managing a large team and overseeing the outbound messaging solution, contributing to key project launches as both Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager. Earlier roles included Group Head of Production Technology at The Mill, CTO at FTrack, and Director at 4 Degrees Ltd., among others. Martin holds a first-class BA degree in Computer Visualisation & Animation from Bournemouth University, completed in 2003.
