Judith Connor

Judith Connor has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Judith started their career in 2004 as a Network Engineer at Atos Origin, where they worked on designing, implementing, and providing support for small to medium-sized networks for high-profile customers. In 2007, they joined Pipex Communications as a DCO Engineer, where they were responsible for tape changes, server monitoring, and providing 24x7 support in the Manchester data center. Later in 2007, they joined TalkTalk as a Core Network Engineer, and eventually became an IP Access Engineer and Shift Team Leader. In this role, they managed a team of engineers and was involved in the commissioning and capacity upgrading of various network equipment. Judith recently joined Zen Internet as a Network Engineer in 2022.

Judith Connor obtained a BSc (hons) degree in Communications and Computer Systems from Lancaster University, which they attended from 2000 to 2003. Judith later pursued an MRes degree in Technology in the Marine Environment at Newcastle University from 2003 to 2004. Judith has additional certifications including the Juniper Networks Certified Specialist, Service Provider Routing & Switching (JNCIS-SP) from Juniper Networks obtained in March 2021, the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from QA Ltd obtained in January 2017, and the Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate (JNCIA CLOUD) from Juniper Networks obtained in May 2019. Judith also holds certifications in CCNP from Cisco and JNCIA from Juniper Networks, although the months and years of when they obtained these certifications are not specified.
