Michael Busby has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 when they worked as a Sales Executive at Swinton Insurance. From 2012 to 2013, they held a role in Risk, Compliance, and Quality at the same company. Following that, they worked as a Fraud Investigator, where they assessed data sets for adverse behavior and investigated suspicious behavior.

In 2015, Michael joined Zen Internet as a Leased Line Renewals and Retention Specialist. After three years in this role, they transitioned to become a Business Sales Consultant, specializing in telecommunication services for small to medium enterprises. Michael promoted Zen's full product portfolio, including Ethernet/Voice services and Hosted Voice.

In 2020, Michael advanced to the position of Senior Business Sales Consultant/Account Manager at Zen Internet. Currently, they work as an Enterprise Account Manager, focusing on delivering bespoke solutions for Zen's Corporate Enterprise customers. Michael maintains professional relationships with key stakeholders and ensures transparency between customers and the company.

Michael Busby attended Royton and Crompton High School from 1999 to 2004, where they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study. From 2005 to 2007, they attended Oldham College and earned a BTEC National Diploma in Physical Education and Sports Science. In 2022, Michael obtained several certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS), including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Partner: Accreditation (Business), and AWS Partner: Cloud Economics Accreditation.
