Mohammed Patel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mohammed started their career as a Database Administrator at Business Link East Lancashire in 2002, where they maintained and produced reports from a multi-functional database system. In 2004, they joined Capita (TV Licensing) as a Customer Care Advisor, dealing with various customer queries and complaints. Mohammed then moved to Fujitsu Services in 2005 as an IT Helpdesk Analyst, providing 2nd line technical support to Lloyds TSB Head Office employees.

In 2006, Mohammed joined Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council as a Care Worker for a brief period, before transitioning to TalkTalk as a 2nd Line Technical Support representative. Mohammed also handled fault resolution for suppliers and provided personalized service to customers. Subsequently, they became an Associate Solutions Architect, specializing in designing and implementing networking solutions using Cisco, Viptela, Meraki, and Fortinet products. Currently, Mohammed holds the position of Solutions Architect at Zen Internet.

Mohammed Patel completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from the University of Wolverhampton from 2000 to 2004.
