Oliver Lundergan

Oliver Lundergan has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Technical Lead and previously as a Provisioning Coordinator at Zen Internet since November 2016. In these roles, Oliver has focused on optimizing the product delivery process for both business and residential customers, troubleshooting failures, and collaborating with the systems development team to implement permanent solutions. Prior to Zen Internet, Oliver worked at Convergys from February 2015 to November 2016, initially as a Sales Advisor and later as a Technical Support specialist, where responsibilities included assisting colleagues with the Siebel CRM system and enhancing customer experience through effective order management and training feedback.
