Eric Vilanova

Eric Vilanova is an accomplished Product Designer with extensive experience in user experience research and design management. Currently at ZenAgain since January 2024, Vilanova previously operated Eric Vilanova Design, leading strategic planning and UX research initiatives. Vilanova has a background in project design for scite, where in-depth market research contributed to a new search feature, and has completed a User Experience Design program at General Assembly, focusing on user-centered design methods. Prior roles at Feather and ClassPass included managing logistics and cross-functional projects, with an emphasis on customer insights and market strategies.
