Cathy Maxwell

Cathy Maxwell, MSN, RN, OCN, currently serves as the Senior Director of Medical Engagement and Patient Advocacy at Zenas BioPharma since June 2023. Previous experience includes positions as Senior Director for Oncology Nurse Educators at Ipsen following its acquisition of Epizyme, where Cathy was instrumental in establishing the Oncology Nurse Educator role and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration. At GSK, Cathy led the Oncology Clinical Educator teams and successfully managed product launches, including BLENREP. Prior roles at TESARO included reorganizing the Oncology Nurse Educator team and launching the antiemetic VARUBI, while earlier experience at Advanced Medical Specialties involved managing oncology outpatient infusion services. Education includes a Master of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington, complemented by an Associate of Science in Nursing from Miami Dade College.
