Sonu Kumar Singh is an experienced engineering professional with a background in operations and troubleshooting within the IoT sector. Currently serving as an Operation Engineer and previously as an IoT Troubleshooting Engineer at Zenatix Solutions since May 2019, Sonu has developed expert skills in optimizing and resolving technical issues. Prior experience includes roles as a Network and Desktop Support Engineer at IMSI India Pvt. Ltd. and as a Service Engineer at Microlink Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Sonu holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Dipshikha College of Group Jaipur, obtained between 2014 and 2017, and completed secondary education at Prabhunath Jamdar High School from 2010 to 2012.
