Umair K. has experience in various roles within risk management and loss prevention. Umair started their career at Gap Inc./Banana Republic as a Loss Prevention and Operations Associate, where they focused on cross-functional team synergy and customer engagement. Umair then moved to Sears Holdings Corporation, where they took on positions such as Loss Prevention Manager and District Loss Prevention Manager, implementing asset protection and risk management programs across multiple states. Umair continued to advance their career at Netspend as the Director of Risk Operations, before joining ZenBusiness as the Senior Director of Risk and Underwriting in 2021.

Umair K. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance from the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
