Guillaume Boucher is a Partner at Zencap Asset Management since November 2014, overseeing approximately €1 billion in infrastructure private debt funds and serving as Investment Director for private debt and mezzanine investments, as well as a member of the investment committee for an SME corporate loan fund. Boucher is also involved in business development, focusing on sourcing new investment opportunities and structuring new funds. Additionally, Boucher is an investor at Abricot and a member of the Advisory Board at Colibou, and previously held the position of Associate Director at KPMG US in corporate finance and Mergers & Acquisitions from March 2007 to October 2014. Boucher commenced career in project finance at Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking in 2006. Boucher holds a Specialized Master in Corporate Finance from ESCP Business School and a Master of Science from Ecole des Mines de Nantes, along with an engineering degree from IMT Atlantique.
