Lucie Phillips

Lucie Phillips is the current Chief Operations Officer at Zencargo. Lucie has over 10 years of experience in operations and management, with a focus on service delivery, event management, and business pitches. Prior to their current role, Lucie was the VP of Operations at Culture Trip from April 2019 to November 2020. From September 2015 to August 2018, they served as the Head of Operations at Deliveroo. Lucie has also worked as an operations manager and consultant for TGP, Bright Network, and Zipcar. In their previous role as Regional Locations Manager at Streetcar, they were responsible for managing all operational aspects of the company's locations in London.

Lucie Phillips has a M.A. Hons 1st Class in International Relations from University of St Andrews and an MSc in International and European Politics from The University of Edinburgh.
