Alexis Sageot has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Starting in 2018, Alexis worked as a Marketing Assistant and Database Manager at Curtain Call Ltd. In 2019, they served as the Chief of Staff at Convergence Formation. In 2020, Alexis worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ULYSS.CO and later at Tiller as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and People Happiness Manager. In 2021, Alexis became a Talent Acquisition Specialist and RPO Consultant at LaDraft Recruitment, specializing in IT/Digital and Industry. In 2022, Alexis became a Shareholder at Time for the Planet and a Talent Acquisition Manager at Zenchef. Finally, in 2023, Alexis continued their role as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Zenchef, focusing on the Business and Customer Front persona. Throughout their career, Alexis has gained expertise in various areas such as recruitment, talent acquisition, business development, marketing, partnerships, operations, strategy, customer success, and account management.

Alexis Sageot began their education journey in 2010 at Lycée Edouard Herriot, where they obtained their Baccalauréat littéraire in 2014. Alexis then went on to pursue a Licence in Langues Étrangères Appliquées at Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne from 2015 to 2018.

In 2018, Alexis enrolled in the IAE Nice (Graduate School of Management) to pursue a Master's degree in Management of International Business, which they completed in 2020. During the same year, they also obtained an online certification in Management (People Management) from the National School of Business, Bangalore.

Continuing their education in 2019, Alexis pursued an online certification in Human Resources (Time to reorganize!) from HEC Paris. Additionally, they attended the University of Latvia Faculty of Business, Management, and Economics, where they obtained a Master's degree in Economics in 2019.

To further enhance their skills, Alexis obtained additional certifications in People Management from edX in April 2020 and in Understanding Organizations, Acting, and Building a Meaningful World from Coursera in January 2020.

In 2020, Alexis also achieved a certificate in Business Administration from the Manhattan Institute of Management.
