Theo Molhant has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Theo started their career as a Chef de rang at Fuxia in 2014 and then moved on to work at La plage parisienne as a Chef de rang in 2015. Theo later joined Les Chouettes as a Chef de rang in 2015.
