Elena Grissom

Elena Grissom is a skilled professional with extensive experience in sales and business development, currently serving as a Senior Sales Account Manager at Zencity since September 2019, after advancing through roles such as Account Executive and Business Development Team Lead. Prior to Zencity, Elena worked as an Impact Investment and Metrics Consultant at Firstfruits Funds LTD, where research on impact investment metrics and the social impact of portfolio investments was conducted. Earlier experience includes serving as a Program Assistant/Analyst at Integrated Services - Indigenous Solutions, managing M&E projects and evaluating educational technology products. Elena holds an M.A. in Comparative Politics from the University of Virginia and a B.A. in English Literature and Political Science from the American University of Beirut. Additionally, Elena is currently engaged in further education through Gvahim.
