Amber Ring

Amber Ring is a Senior Solutions Consultant at Zendesk since March 2022, with prior experience as a Solutions Consultant. Before returning to Zendesk, Amber held roles as a Solutions Architect and Business Solutions Consultant at Envoy from March 2021 to March 2022. Amber initially joined Zendesk in November 2018 as an Associate Solutions Consultant and also worked as a Technical Support Engineer, providing tier 2 technical support and contributing to Zendesk Explore documentation. Prior to Zendesk, Amber served as a Research Specialist and ITS End User Services Technology Support at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Amber holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
