Cynthia

Cynthia Ma is a dedicated engineer currently working at Zendesk, where they have progressed through roles from Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer. Previously, Cynthia served as a Technical Services Intern at Baxter BioScience and an Estermaking Intern at Procter & Gamble, where they developed experiments to optimize recovery processes. They also spent several years as a Chemistry and Physics Teacher at Green Dot Public Schools, designing inquiry-based curricula and collaborating on assessments. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Atmospheric and Oceanic Studies, as well as a Master of Education from the University of California, Los Angeles.
