Greg Katechis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer advocacy. Currently serving as a Principal Developer Advocate at Zendesk since March 2016, Greg has previously held roles in developer support and technical support within the same company. Prior to Zendesk, Greg worked at Apple Retail from October 2011 to March 2016 as a Genius, where expertise as an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician was applied to enhance customer relationships through empathetic troubleshooting. Greg also held the position of General Manager at Nostrano, focusing on training and community engagement from October 2010 to October 2011, and began a career in hospitality as a Server at Nattspil from June 2008 to January 2011. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Managerial Economics and Entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned between 2005 and 2011.
