James Forde

James Forde serves as the Director of Solutions Consulting EMEA at Zendesk since November 2018, previously holding the position of Senior Manager in the same department. Prior to Zendesk, James Forde accumulated nearly two decades of experience at Oracle, where significant roles included Senior Manager of Solution Consulting for UK CX, and Principal Solutions Consultant. In these roles, James Forde focused on transforming teams towards customer-centric approaches, enabling major enterprises to leverage digital transformation and emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and IoT. James Forde holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of Oxford and completed the Accelerate Leadership Program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2021.
