Jon Ross possesses extensive experience in product management and operational leadership within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Product, Messaging at Zendesk since May 2019, Jon has previously held roles such as Senior Director and Director of Product, Messaging, and Mobile at the same company. Prior to joining Zendesk, Jon worked at Openet for nearly eight years in various positions including Chief Operating Officer and GVP of Product and Solutions Management. Additional experience includes significant roles at Vodafone and DataKraft, as well as earlier positions at Jarin and Bookrite Limited. Jon Ross holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Durham University.
