Neil Weldon

Neil Weldon is an experienced professional in product management with a focus on omnichannel contact center solutions. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Management at Zendesk since March 2013, Neil oversees various functions, including routing, analytics, and quality assurance. Throughout their tenure at Zendesk, Neil has held several positions, including Senior Director of Product and Director of Product, leading product initiatives such as Zendesk Talk and Agent Availability services. Previously, Neil worked at Dialogic Corporation for over a decade in roles including Director of Technology and Director of Engineering and Product Development, influencing corporate strategy and managing engineering teams. Additional noteworthy experiences include serving as Chairperson of the Fax Over IP Task Group at SIP Forum and technical management roles at Eicon Technology and Baltimore Technologies. Neil holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin.
