Simon Miles

Simon Miles is an accomplished leader in the customer experience and technology sectors with extensive experience in pre-sales and solutions consulting. Currently serving as Vice President and previously as Senior Director of EMEA Presales at Zendesk since 2015, Simon has collaborated with innovative companies to enhance employee and customer relationships. Prior experience includes roles at Oracle, where Simon led a specialist pre-sales team in Customer Experience Solutions for EMEA, and RightNow Technologies, where significant achievements were made in managing key accounts and exceeding sales targets.
