Sofía Plascencia

Sofía Plascencia is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as an Associate Campaigns Marketing Specialist at Zendesk since October 2021. In this role, Sofía supports the execution of regional marketing campaigns, coordinates with external marketing agencies, and collaborates with corporate teams on demand generation tactics for events. Previously, Sofía worked in outbound marketing for the LATAM region at Zendesk, and held positions at Bigo as a Marketing Jr., CIENCE as an SDR, and Deloitte as a Marketing Intern. Sofía holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidad de Guadalajara and has furthered education at Universität Münster Professional School.
