Lisa Strauch Eggers

Lisa Strauch Eggers is the current Advisor at ZENDOC. Lisa has also worked as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at College Ave Student Loans from January 2018 to October 2019. In this position, they were responsible for management of board, equity, financing and compliance matters for a fast-growing fintech. Lisa closed multiple debt financings, secured and unsecured, and securitizations. Led government affairs.

From June 2016 to December 2017, Lisa was a Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State. In this role, they were responsible for managing Embassy's investor (E) visa program, facilitating French investment in U.S. and visas for French employees. Additionally, they managed compliance and anti-fraud investigations and coordinated with other agencies. Lisa also initiated outreach to France's burgeoning technology sector, speaking at events and working with other agencies.

Lisa has also served as Interim General Counsel | Chief Ethics Officer at Eddie Bauer from October 2015 to January 2016 and as Chief Legal Officer | Corporate Secretary at Callison from March 2011 to July 2015.

Lisa Strauch Eggers attended the Parker School of International Law at Columbia University in the City of New York, where they earned their JD. Lisa also holds a BA in International Studies from The Johns Hopkins University, where they graduated with university and departmental honors. Additionally, they have a certification from the New York State Bar Association in Admitted in NY and another from the Washington State Bar Association in Admitted in WA.
