Adam Ward has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Adam worked at Zendrive from 2013 to the present, holding various customer support roles such as Director of Customer Support, Customer Support Lead, and Customer Success Manager. Prior to that, they worked at DNA Direct by Medco as an Operations Manager from 2004 to 2012. Before that, they were an Operations Manager at JTS, Inc. from 2002 to 2004. Adam began their career at Jackson Hole News&Guide as an Editor for the Jackson Hole Daily Guide from 1998 to 2002.

Adam Ward attended Miami University from 1994 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a Minor in Political Science.
