Why?  Coaching and teaching is my passion. Swimming, biking, running, yoga, and anything triathlon is my gig! I share over 30 years experience and skills with those that are ready.  Individuals and groups benefit from learning new tech with great detail and positive changes self created with guidance. I cover sports’ technical tips. Take aways include a unique blend of skill sets to integrate on a daily basis to be able to create a life that feels right or at a higher happier confident frequency!  You will see in video taping recaps and notes where you can improve.  People come from all over the world while on vacation to take advantage of Maui’s sweet beaches and scenic cycling.
