Venkatesan R has a diverse work experience in the field of technical recruitment and team leadership. Venkatesan started their career at Precision Infomatic (M) Private limited, where they held multiple roles including IT Support Professional, Application Support Team Lead, and Team Lead for the Remote Infrastructure Team. In 2018, they joined Infotree Global Solutions as a Technical Recruiter. Venkatesan then moved to Collabera Inc. in 2019, where they worked as a Technical Sourcer. From 2021 to 2022, Venkatesan worked at Roblox as a Senior Technical Recruiter, responsible for full-cycle recruitment for various technical roles. Currently, in 2022, they are employed at Zenex Partners as a Senior Technical Recruiter.

Venkatesan R has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University.
