Jennifer Lambert is a Senior Client Executive at Zenger Folkman, where they are responsible for initiating and conducting conversations with HR, Talent and Business Unit Leadership to strategize the optimal development program for their organization. Prior to their current role, Jennifer was the Vice President of Strategy, Sales & Marketing at Infinite Real Estate Group for 1 year and 4 months.

Before that, they were the Founder & Chief Fun Officer at Highland Run Club for 4 years and 2 months. During their time there, they raised $11,000 for 11,000 miles in 11 weeks for Family Humanitarian's Walk 4 Water to build 2 bore holes for clean water in Uganda, Africa.

Jennifer Lambert attended Brigham Young University, where they earned a BA in Communications with a focus in marketing and advertising management. Jennifer was involved in several extracurricular activities during their time at BYU, including Project Read, Y Group Leader/Orientation, Student Honor Society, and theatre plays and projects. Jennifer has also earned certification as an Extraordinary Leader Assessment Facilitator and an Extraordinary Coach Facilitator through Zenger Folkman.
