Caitlyn T.

Caitlyn T. has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1997 with a role as a Test Engineer at Motorola Inc. Caitlyn then went on to become a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting in 1999, followed by a role as a Sr Financial Analyst at Level 3 Communications (formerly Focal Communications) in 2001. In 2004, they became an IT Project Manager at CenturyLink (formerly Qwest Communications). Caitlyn then joined Strategy&, a member of the PwC network of firms (formerly Booz & Company) in 2008, where they held the role of Vice President & Partner. In 2018, they joined Accenture Strategy as Managing Director, Financial Services, where they advised C-suite clients on Digital Transformation. Most recently, in 2021, they became the CEO and Co-founder of Zengines.

Caitlyn T. completed an MBA at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, majoring in Marketing, Finance, and Biotechnology. Caitlyn also completed a course in Analytics Powered Strategy at Kellogg Executive Education. Prior to that, Caitlyn T. obtained a B.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering with Honors from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In April 2021, Caitlyn T. obtained an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
