Laura Starke

Laura Starke is the current Head of People & Culture at ZenHub. Prior to their current role, Laura was the Director of People & Culture at Axiom Zen from May 2018 to February 2021. In this role, Laura was responsible for recruiting the best talent and fostering an environment that enabled our teams to be innovative, diverse and results-oriented.

Before their time at Axiom Zen, Laura was the Talent Management at Mobify, A Salesforce Company from October 2013 to May 2018. In this role, Laura was responsible for all aspects of talent management for the company. This included recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

Prior to their role at Mobify, Laura was a Recruitment Consultant at McNeill Nakamoto Recruitment Group from January 2011 to September 2012. In this role, Laura was responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of positions within the company.

Laura has a proven track record of success in all of their previous roles. Laura is a highly skilled recruiter with a keen eye for talent. Laura is also an expert in performance management and employee relations. Laura is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Laura Starke's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Victoria, as well as HootSuite University certification.
