Yan Gao is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience across various industries, holding the position of Financial Controller at Zeni since June 2022, where leadership of a remote accounting team and provision of full accounting and fractional CFO services to startups is key. Prior to Zeni, Yan served as Controller at Paradigm, developing the Finance and HR team and establishing financial infrastructure for a leading legal software company. With a background that includes positions as Senior Manager of Finance at Unigen Corporation, Finance Leader/BU Controller at Creation Technologies, Senior Financial Analyst at ProWorks, and Analyst at Bank of China, Yan possesses a comprehensive skill set in financial management, strategic advisory, and team building. Yan holds an MBA in Finance from the University of San Francisco and a BA in Finance from Zhejiang University.
