Sylvain Delafoy

Sylvain Delafoy is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in software development and performance expertise. Currently serving as an Expert at Agirc-Arrco since June 2020, Sylvain focuses on performance testing and technical qualification within the CEP, coordinating with various teams to ensure optimal performance of high-volume processing. Prior to this role, Sylvain worked as a Full Stack Developer at Société Générale, leading the migration of a Node JS application to a Java + Spring backend, and was involved in launching a candidate portal at Groupe Partnaire. Sylvain has also contributed to education as a trainer in RxJS and design patterns, while holding consultancy positions at Allianz France and Valtech, where engagement in technological monitoring and software craftsmanship was emphasized. With formal education in computer science and networks from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée and Paris-Sud University, Sylvain brings a comprehensive skill set to both technical and instructional environments.
