John Oscar Ness

John Oscar Ness serves as the Chief Information Officer at VUcom since August 2021 and has held the position of CIO and Manager for Two-Way Radio at Zenitel since April 2005. Ness has extensive experience in IT leadership roles, including previous positions as CIO at Zenitel Radioteknik AB from 2005 to 2009 and Head of IT at Forsvarets Stabskole and Norwegian Defence FSS from 2000 to 2005. Early in his career, Ness was an Officer at HM Kongens Garde from 1990 to 1999. Academic credentials include studies at IT høgskolen from 1998 to 2000, the Norwegian Military Academy from 1994 to 1996, and Befalskolen BSIS in 1989-1990.
