Alex Guider

Alex Guider is currently the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Zenith IOS, where they focus on operationalizing real estate and property strategies through collaborative partnerships and effective networking. In their career, they have successfully led teams to manage complex projects and extensive renovations. Prior to their current role, Alex served as Vice President of Leasing & Asset Management at Zenith and worked at The Silverman Group as a Leasing Agent and Leasing Director. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Vermont, which they completed in 2014.
