Chioma Obi-Okeke

Chioma Obi-Okeke is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as the Customer Service Team Lead at Zenith Bank Plc since June 2008, Chioma coordinates the customer service team, provides direct customer support, resolves escalations, and trains new hires. Additionally, Chioma has been the Operations Team Lead at Areedia Limited since July 2021. Previous experience includes a role as Assistant Secretary at Tonimas Nigeria Limited, where responsibilities involved document management and inventory tracking. Chioma holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Enugu State University of Science and Technology and has a foundational education from Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
