Felix Oladele

Felix Oladele is an experienced operations leader at Zenith Bank Plc since August 2016, currently serving as Head of Operations, overseeing daily branch activities while ensuring compliance and efficiency in service delivery. Previous roles within the bank include ISO Champion for Information Security, Head of Funds Transfer Unit, and Funds Transfer Officer, where Felix was responsible for managing risks and ensuring timely and accurate funds transfers. Felix also has a background in corporate cash management and transaction services. Prior to joining Zenith Bank, Felix served as a Graduate Student Teaching Assistant during the National Youth Service Corps. Felix holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from the University of Ilorin, obtained in 2014.
