Lanre Oladimeji

Lanre Oladimeji currently serves as GM and Group Head of Retail Banking at Zenith Bank Plc, a position held since February 2024, focusing on growing banking business through strategic partnerships. Previously, Lanre was Deputy General Manager and Group Head of Retail Banking at Zenith Bank from May 1997 to February 2024, with experience across various departments including Funds Transfer and Internal Control, as well as leadership roles in marketing and branch management. Prior to Zenith Bank, Lanre gained experience as a Graduate Trainee in the accounts department at Refuge Insurance Company and as an Audit Trainee at Pannell Kerr Forster (Chartered Accountants). Education culminated in a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, obtained between 1989 and 1994.
