Oladunni Okubamowo has extensive experience in customer service and communication, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative Team Lead at Zenith Bank Plc since January 2016, where responsibilities include maintaining high-quality customer service and advising management on workflow improvements. Prior to this role, Oladunni worked as a Customer Service Representative focused on customer relationship management. Additionally, experience as a Radio Talk Show Host at Purity FM was gained from January 2014 to October 2014, with a focus on youth development topics.
