Zenith Behavioral Health Hospital, located in the heart of Phoenix, AZ, offers a recovery-focused and person-centered integrated model of care for adolescents aged 13-17. Zenith Behavioral Health recognizes the growing need in our community for comprehensive treatment of today’s youth. The hospital provides intensive interventions for youth with chronic and pervasive psychiatric and behavioral disorders, including substance abuse.
