Zenith Counseling, PLLC is a trauma-informed mental health center based in Cary, North Carolina, serving individuals, families, and organizations across the state through in-person and virtual care.

We are a woman-led, clinician-driven practice built with one aim: to provide structured, high-quality mental health care that meets both everyday struggles and complex clinical needs with steadiness and depth.

Our team specializes in trauma recovery, eating disorders, neurodiversity-affirming therapy, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and faith-integrated counseling. We provide individual therapy, family therapy, group programs, and are expanding structured levels of care to support clients who need more than weekly sessions.
