Adi Shemesh Amikam

Adi Shemesh Amikam is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Zenity since July 2023, Adi drives hiring strategy and leads a recruitment team focused on shaping the future of cybersecurity and AI. Previously, in the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cycode from November 2021 to June 2023, Adi successfully managed end-to-end recruitment processes while collaborating with hiring managers to optimize sourcing strategies. Earlier experience includes working as a Recruiter at SQLink Group and a Bookseller & Literary Enthusiast at Tzomet Sfarim, complemented by military experience in Unit 81 of the Israeli Intelligence Service. Adi holds a Master's degree in Literature and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, both from Tel Aviv University.
