Jharna Chokhawala

Jharna Chokhawala has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Jharna began their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Texas Institute Of Measurement Evaluation & Statistics in 2000. In 2005, they moved to Tandon Information Solutions as a Software Engineer. After that, they joined Mauj Mobile as a Team Lead - SMS, where they worked closely with key clients to gather and document requirements, integrate and run their shortcodes on their platform. In 2006, they moved to Apple Bakery Machinery Pvt. Ltd as a Business Analyst, where they implemented various business optimization projects and reporting tools to improve efficiency, reduce costs and maximize profits by automating out dated manual processes. In 2017, they took on a part-time role as a Product / Project Manager at The Difference Engine. In 2019, they joined Planoly as a BA/QA. In 2021, they became a Product Owner at INNOVATION ROOTS. Currently, Jharna is a QA Lead at Zenlist.

Jharna Chokhawala completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai between 1995 and 1999. Jharna has also obtained four certifications from LinkedIn and Scrum.org, including Applying Agile MoSCoW Prioritization, Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I), Product Management First Steps, and Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap, all obtained in 2021.
