Abby Ochs

Abby Ochs has a wide range of work experience. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Chief Executive Officer of Gró Consulting, a company that offers Fractional HR, Custom Website Design & Marketing, Accounting and IT services. In 2021, they became the Owner of Coffee Emporium - Iowa, a multi-location retail coffee company located in Eastern Iowa. Finally, in 2023, they became the Chief Executive Officer of ZenLord Pro, a top rated rental management platform for the everyday real estate investor. As the company's second CEO, they drive growth within the company and investor relations toward a future acquisition of the software.

Abby Ochs obtained their Associate of Science (A.S.) in Business Administration and Management, Human Resources Certificate from Kirkwood Community College in 2013-2015. Abby then earned their Bachelor of Science - BS in Business Administration-Human Resources Management from Liberty University from 2014-2017. Finally, they obtained their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Human Resources Development from Liberty University in 2018-2019. Additionally, Abby Ochs has obtained the ServSafe Manager certification from ServSafe Food Protection Manager Instructor in December 2018, the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
