Niche consultancy firms (also known as specialised or boutique consultancy firms) usually lose to the Big4 (Deloitte, McKinsey, etc.) and other giants as their modern AI infrastructure makes the job faster and cheaper.

For getting a project, they have to take initiatives, like making relationships. Today entire operations of small consultancy firms are manual, slow and expensive which directly affects their revenue.

Currently, we use AI agents to only find online signals that let them reach companies in trouble up to 3 months before they ask for help with ‘Request for Proposals’ (RFPs).

However, our plan is to automate their entire online research workflow, i.e., tracking signals for companies in trouble to begin with, and once they win a deal, market research to gather information for the final report.
