Cindi F.

Cindi F. has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Cindi started as a Loan Officer at PenFed Credit Union in 2003 and later became a SR Business Services Analyst, responsible for gathering requirements for lending projects. Cindi'steam successfully implemented a new online loan application platform for members. Cindi joined Zennify in 2019 as a Functional Consultant, specializing in the nCino platform. Recently, they transitioned to the role of Project Manager and continues to contribute their expertise in Salesforce and nCino consulting.

Cindi F. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Management/Computer Applications from Central Washington University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.

In addition to their degree, Cindi F. has acquired several certifications. In February 2018, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) through the Scrum Alliance. More recently, in September 2021, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce. Additionally, in June 2021, they earned the Trailhead Expeditioner certification from Trailhead by Salesforce.

Cindi F. has also obtained various certifications from nCino, Inc. In February 2021, they completed the 201 Commercial Banking Functional, 201 Customer Engagement Functional, and 201 Retail Banking Functional certifications. Furthermore, in the same month, they achieved the 301 Customer Engagement Configuration certification. Cindi F. has also received the nCino Business Value certification from nCino, Inc.

Lastly, in December 2022, Cindi F. acquired the Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional certification from Salesforce Partners.
