Bob Worsley has extensive work experience starting from 1978 until 2019. Bob founded ZenniHome in 2019 and currently holds the role of Founder. Prior to that, they owned and served as CEO and founder of NZ Legacy, LLC, a land, minerals, and renewable energy development company since 2003. Bob also founded and chaired Novo Power, LLC, where they acquired and restarted shuttered assets to create a renewable energy campus. Worsley served as a State Senator from Mesa LD25 in the Arizona State Senate from 2012 to 2019. Before that, they owned, served as CEO and Chairman of Renegy Holdings, Inc. (2007-2011), founded and served as CEO of SkyMall (1989-2003), and owned and served as a partner at ExecuShare (1985-1989), a provider of timeshared CFOs and Controllers. Bob began their career as a CPA on Audit Staff at Price Waterhouse (1980-1985) and worked as Accounting Staff at Geneva Steel within the US Steel American Bridge Division (1978-1980).

Bob Worsley obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University (BYU) between 1977 and 1980.
