The Zen’n’ish® Way
We tend the loam before we ask for bloom. Together we build safety, co-regulation, and meaning. You will learn to listen to your body’s wisdom, honor desire without shame, and create daily rituals that support a regulated, relational life.

Who I Am:
I am a clinical licensed eco-somatic psychotherapist, AASECT couples and sex therapist, and clinical rehabilitation counselor. I am also the creator of CGT®, an author, educator, and speaker. My lane is quiet luxury care that is earthy, honest, and effective.

Outcomes You Can Expect:
-More regulation and steadier mood
-Clearer boundaries and braver conversations
-Renewed sensual and relational connection
-Everyday practices that actually stick
